By accessing or using the Travel Sangam website and services ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Travel Sangam is a platform designed to connect travelers ("Users") who are traveling on similar routes. Our goal is to facilitate companionship and mutual assistance, particularly for elderly travelers.

Important: Travel Sangam is NOT a travel agency, airline, or transportation provider. We do not book flights, arrange visas, or provide transportation services. We solely provide a platform for Users to connect with one another.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and verification process.
• While we implement verification measures (such as ID checks), we cannot guarantee the true identity, background, or intent of any User. You interact with other Users at your own risk.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform.
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the Platform.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Users. Travel Sangam is not a party to any agreement between Users and is not liable for any conduct or failure to act by any User.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVEL SANGAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM;
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES;
• ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
